Our Story

WRS Recruiting was founded by a group of  military veterans who have a passion for people.  With over 100 years of combined military service, this group of professionals embodies service, sacrifice, teamwork, and integrity. Our time in the military taught us what being a Wingman is all about; supporting each other through challenging situations in order to achieve shared goals.  We take that approach into business as a niche recruiting and staffing firm who candidates and clients partner with as a trusted Wingman.

Our team brings a unique blend of military and civilian experience in multiple disciplines. We leverage that talent to the benefit of our clients and candidates. Our team members are strategically located in every time zone across the United States. Each recruiter has a minimum of 10+ years of experience and are considered experts in their craft. A WRS Recruiting professional is committed to advocating for Veteran candidates and representing our clients as trusted business partners.

Chad Pearce

President | Co-Founder

Oversees day-to-day operations and provides strategic direction. After a highly decorated 20-year career in the Air Force, Chad retired as a Chief Master Sergeant (E-9). Chad continues to support the veteran community through WRS Recruiting. His passion to bridge the government and private sector with the best talent in the DoD drives Wingman Recruiting Solutions to be the leading organization in veteran talent acquisition.

Strategic Advisor | Co-Founder

Jeremee brings 22+ years of combined military and civilian recruiting experience which is leveraged in his strategic partnership and advisor role. 

Jaimee Acevedo

Recruiting Manager

Provides account management, training and strategic input in all areas related to recruiting operations. Jaime has 15+ years of experience in recruiting with a specialty in senior level managers and cleared mid-senior level technical experts. He is a proud Air Force Veteran.
