SkillBridge for Companies
DoD SkillBridge is a federal program that allows active duty service members, with commander and company approval, to intern with a company for up to 180 days while still serving in the military. Companies with a SkillBridge intern do not guarantee a job for the service member after the internship, provide a wage, or provide any benefits associated with employment under the company while interning.
