LOCATION: Marshal Islands, Kwajalein
Duties: Serves as the centralized customer service focal point. Processes all work requests, to include after-hours calls, dispatches craftsmen to emergencies, and writes Corrective Maintenance (CM) reports. Classifies work using the most current Government work classification system. Inspects, maintains, repairs, operates, and performs minor alternations efficiently and economically. Processes all work requests within 24 hours after receipt to ensure a high level of customer service. Also manages the vehicle fleet and associated tasks and makes vehicle assignments. Manages vehicle inventory, monitors Government vehicle status, provides maintenance oversight, processes orders for parts and tracks status, prepares reports, and

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must provide a copy of the diploma.
Skill level and/or years of experience: A solid background in automated data systems and automated data system input. Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Production Control.
Experience with Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army) Maintenance Module is a plus.
Licenses/Certifications:
GCSS-Army Certification(s) Required
GCSS-Army Certifications Related to Automotive Maintenance Preferred
